How to Batch Convert Audio Tracks Offline in Your Browser

Learn how to convert audio files in batches between formats like MP3 and WAV locally inside your web browser. A step-by-step tutorial.

Step 1: Load Your Tracks

Open the Audio Converter utility page on Ucha. You will see a large drag-and-drop region. Simply highlight your audio files on your computer and drag them onto the zone, or click it to choose files manually.

Step 2: Choose target audio configurations

Once files are loaded, you will see a Settings box appear with options to configure:

  • Format: Choose WAV for high-fidelity, uncompressed PCM audio. Select MP3 for compressed files suitable for sharing.
  • Bitrate: High bitrates (like 320kbps) maintain superior sound quality, whereas lower bitrates (like 128kbps) create lightweight files.
  • Channels & Sample Rates: Choose "Keep Original" to preserve the initial stereo/mono profile, or convert them manually to optimize file size.

Step 3: Process and Export

Click the "Convert All Tracks" button. The app queues the files and runs encoders inside separate Web Worker threads, which keeps the page fluid. Once a track finishes converting, click the individual download icon, or export everything collectively as a packaged ZIP using the "Download All ZIP" button.
